1. Purpose of RoleCraft ID

RoleCraft ID provides educational tools, frameworks, and reflective materials designed to support self-awareness, learning, and application in work and organizational contexts.

RoleCraft ID is:

  • not therapeutic

  • not predictive

Your use of RoleCraft ID does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or employment relationship.

Any insights or results generated through assessments, manuals, avatars, or other materials are intended for reflection and learning only. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply them.

3. Use of Assessments and Results

Assessments provided through the Site are designed to surface patterns, not deliver definitive conclusions.

By using an assessment, you acknowledge that:

  • results are interpretive, not factual

  • results may vary by context, time, and self-reporting

  • no guarantee of accuracy or completeness is made

You agree not to use assessment results to label, diagnose, exclude, or make employment or legal decisions about yourself or others.

4. Avatars and Examples

Avatars, examples, and fictional or real-world references are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only.

Avatars are not identity assignments, endorsements, or representations of actual individuals unless explicitly stated. Any resemblance is interpretive and non-binding.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, frameworks, role names, assessments, manuals, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of RoleCraft ID or its licensors unless otherwise noted.

You may:

  • view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell content without written permission

  • present RoleCraft materials as your own work

  • use RoleCraft ID content to create competing products or services

RoleMasters and authorized partners are governed by separate agreements.

6. Purchases and Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (including manuals or downloadable materials) are for personal or organizational use only unless otherwise specified.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • access is granted upon purchase

  • sharing, redistribution, or resale is prohibited

7. Services and Independent Providers

RoleCraft ID services may be delivered directly or through independent practitioners (referred to as “RoleMasters”).

RoleMasters operate independently and are not employees or agents of RoleCraft ID. Each RoleMaster is responsible for their own services, agreements, and professional conduct.

RoleCraft ID does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or results from services delivered by independent providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoleCraft ID shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its materials.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of RoleCraft ID.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site or its content

  • attempt to reverse-engineer assessments or systems

  • use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • misrepresent RoleCraft ID or your affiliation with it

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse or violation of these terms.
